Please review our policies below: • Cancellations: If your appointment is not canceled at least 24 hours in advance, it will be considered a no-show, and 100% of the service price will be charged to the card on file. • Late Arrivals: If you arrive 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to shorten or adjust your service to fit the remaining time, or, in some cases, decline to perform the service. • Rescheduling: Appointments can be rescheduled more than 24 hours before your booking without any penalty. • Multiple No-Shows: Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in restrictions on future bookings.
